R’hishana Kateea Sheehan is the creator and channel of the Codes of Transition, a series of Light Language images. She has been a lightworker and channel for many years, having trained in a sacred mystery school over 10 years ago. She has assisted in group service to Mother Gaia clearing many chakras, portals and opening stargates. Recently she started to bring through a series of intuitive light language codes to assist in our awakening and remembrance of who we are, where we come from and what we are here to do. By opening and clearing our many energy bodies, chakras and the energetic gateways held within our chakras, a healing, nurturing and enlightening process occurs.

The Codes of Transition are a unique set of light language tools that allow assistance from our Guides, the Angels, Archangel and the Divine to be brought lovingly through.
The 12 Light Language Codes , are an intuitive set of Cards. They hold energy or frequency and are connected and work through the heart chakra. They are an important healing tool that opens our awareness allowing us to remember who we are and where we have come from. They lovingly support and nurture us as we open to the path of our enlightenment.
They bring clarity and understanding, grace and ease to all situation in our life. The energetic clearings that occur can be quite profound; as the Codes work at a deeply spiritual level to clear unresolved issues held in our energy bodies. Bringing them gently forward so that they may be cleared and released.

“12 Days to Raise Your Vibration” is a meditation package incorporating the 12 Codes of Transition and our 12 chakra system.
