The ‘You Can Heal Yourself’ Health & Healing Expo is the Sunshine Coast’s most ‘inclusive’, educational and professionally run Health Expo held annually in May at The Events Centre, Caloundra. The You Can Heal Yourself Expo is dedicated to educating people about the benefits of maintaining a healthy more natural lifestyle in a balanced and more scientific way.

There are many festivals running around the country at the moment that work on similar guidelines to the one we are proposing, but we have noticed over the years they have all become very commercialised and have forgotten the reason for their existence, that is to help people and to create public awareness of natural modalities, sustainable health practices, longevity principles and are not just a place to make sales.
This Expo will assist people in understanding what options are available to them for their health, healing and sustainable living.  This Expo is not about self-promotion but helping people understand their natural health choices. The Health & Healing Expo features invitation only Keynote Speakers for the Expo each year who are experts in their fields; including medical doctors, university professors and lecturers, biochemists, sustainable, environmental and natural health experts, mindset and personal development experts and organic and sustainable living experts.
