Hi, I’m Suzy. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 45years and observed people in all states of illness and emotional distress as well as healing. Healing isn’t necessarily finding a cure to physical ailments, rather it is finding peace in whatever it is so that it no longer affects our state of happiness and enjoyment.
It is a passion of mine to empower people to find that place of peace and healing within themselves as I believe all answers lie within. I do this through intuitive guidance, energy healing both direct and distance, and teaching people to meditate.

My focus lies heavily on the belief that most health issues begin from an acidic body and overloaded toxic liver. I was asked by Heidi “To whom do you surrender?” I thought to myself “Heidi, it is not a matter of ‘to whom’, because I knew with Oneness there is no other. The next thought that came up was “It would be better if you had just asked, “To what do I surrender?” So, like myself back then, you are now asking yourself, “What is ‘the what’ that I must inevitably surrender.” This ‘what’ has many names, but it can be felt as that insatiable restlessness that has guided you to align with your passion for life. For me I call this unseen, loving companion – Consciousness (with a capital ‘C’) or The Source of All There is Is, our True Nature. It is there when you forget. It offers opportunities to live as a free spirit to unshackle any limiting beliefs you may have acquired through your lifetime. It prompts or causes bodily sensations, that you may judge as positive or negative from which you can raise the level of your conscious awareness of any situation or gain a greater
understanding of the direction you are currently moving towards.
The essence of ‘Surrender – A gift of transformation’ is contained within the pauses and reflections you contemplate on the back cover of the book. The essence is revealed to you only by your knowing Self – an expression of Divine Wisdom.

My intention for
Rainbow Tree,
is to educate children in a fun and practical
way inspired by the teachings of The Australian Medicine Wheel. Included
at the end, is a guided visualisation meditation that they learn for protection.
Within the story, they learn The Australian Medicine wheel while also
learning about the four seasons, colours and the four directions, plus
a guided meditation to connect the sky and earth which also protects
them. Along with basic life lessons like patience, purpose, strength,
courage, compassion, kindness, guidance and intuition.
This book was gifted to me one evening on Tuesday 2nd August 2016.
The idea came to me whilst trying to sleep, it was so strong I had to get
up and write it and knew this was going to be a very healing book for our
children of the rainbow tribe and the new world we are entering into. The
idea is for teachers and parents to read the book as an educational tool
or life skill to teach the children. After reading the book, they are left with
a tool of protection which they can easily use anytime throughout their life.

The idea is I have a few set recipes for popular smoothies, and you feel free to add or subtract any ingredients you like, or come up with your own unique combinations.
I use only fruit and mixers such as milk, coconut water, soy milk, rice milk almond milk and water- so you know exactly what you are getting.

journey began in 2007 when she took her first Basic DNA ThetaHealing Course. At that stage in Talitha’s life she was working in the Corporate World, in Financial Accounting whilst also undertaking Counselling studies – with a strong interest in Child Psychology. After this course she made an immediate decision to cease with the Counseling Studies as ThetaHealing proved to her, to have much more profound results in a much shorter time. With the added benefit being once the issues surfaced they could then be cleared with the client becoming free from the trauma and pain, leaving the session feeling uplifted, rather then having to be left to mull it over and “let it go” on their own.
ThetaHealing felt true for Talitha on every level, it was more then a way to heal from emotional issues, it explained a lot of things she had been questioning about herself – why did she have psychic medium and healing abilities? How was it that she was thinking things and then they would manifest? …the oneness of existence became more and more clear.
It was also in this first course that Talitha experienced her first of many physical healings – whilst clearing resentment and rejection issues surrounding previous relationships with partners as well as her relationship with her father that she stopped having chronic asthma attacks – never requiring a ventolin puffer again.
What initially began as following what felt to be her souls calling, rolled into a personal healing journey and grew to become so much more…the more Talitha healed of herself, the more proficient she also became in helping others to heal their bodies and lives and create the life they truly desired for themselves.

What is the ThetaHealing® technique?

On my journey to improve my health and wellbeing, I also discovered Essential Oils, Energy healing, and authors like Dr. Wayne W Dyer, Louise L Hay, Doreen Virtue and the first book I read was called “The Game of Life and How to Play It!” brilliant book by Florence Shinn. All of which I fell in love with and either read or studied.
These modalities have been important to me on this lifetime journey, it’s been a slow journey, getting my back sorted and health right and I have tried and tested numerous modalities (costing my husband a small fortune!! shhh. don’t tell him!!) in the search for what worked best for me.
About ten years ago I thought it would be great to have a number of different modalities along with a GP (who works with Holistic healers) under the one roof. In May 2016 I started looking for a small space to realize my dream of having a retail shop and one healing room, my dream has expanded into a Café with beautiful coffee and for those who know me I don’t drink coffee, but I have it on good authority that the coffee is great!! and scrumptious, healthy food, a retail space with goodies for the whole family and four practitioner rooms. No GP yet, but you never know what’s around the corner.
I have a wonderful family and a beautiful group of friends who have supported me and helped me to make my dream come true.

I have always been referred to as a hippie or greenie by friends and family! In fact one of my favourite titles was Captain Planet!
As long as I can remember I have been passionate about helping others, conscious of environmental struggles and have always felt immense empathy for all beings.
No surprise then that I ended up working in Community Services and Management for many years, however I always held a deep connection to spirit and continued my spiritual growth by reading, meditation and spiritual education classes.
In 2008 I was blessed to be connected with Young Living Essential Oils. These oils and the ethos and culture of Young Living have enabled me to nurture my passion in many ways and I love sharing these beautiful gifts and talking about the positive impacts on people, animals and our beautiful planet.

Narelle Chenery is the owner and creative director of Miessence, one of Australia’s leading natural skincare and supplement manufacturers.
While completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Management in 1992, a friend introduced Narelle Chenery to a new natural skin care range on the market. The company promoted itself as producing the “best products from science and nature.”
They boasted about the purity of their ingredients, but diminished the numerous chemical contents; in fact, they denied having any ‘unnatural’ ingredients at all! Even though the products contained ingredients she couldn’t pronounce, (and because these were termed “natural ingredients” from coconut and palm), Narelle just presumed they were natural and safe to use.
As a young mother, Narelle was looking for a genuine organic alternative. She started Miessence.
Soon after she began promoting this “natural” range to her friends and family, a cosmetic ingredient dictionary caught her attention whilst browsing through a health food store, enlightening her about the dangers of the ingredients she was using. Disillusioned and angry at having been duped by such unethical marketing tactics, her passionate search for truly natural products began.
After expressing her frustration at the ethics of the company she had just left, a family member gave her some books on aromatherapy, herbal remedies, and recipes for natural skin care products. Surprisingly, even these books recommended toxic preservatives, so Narelle started experimenting with her own methods and created her first skin creams (which she gave away as gifts).
As her research deepened, she was captivated by the many wonderful offerings of Mother Nature, and grew more concerned about the poisonous ingredients that most cosmetics contained. She was inspired to tell others about her findings, and had articles published in several well-respected natural health magazines. The response was so positive that Narelle soon realised she was on to a winner, and this fuelled her passion even more!

True story:
I couple of year ago I did a reading for a lady who had just lost her mother. They couldn’t find the mother’s Will and it wasn’t with her family solicitor. The solicitor offered to do a search which was going to cost a few hundred dollars. I told her finding things was something that I didn’t specialise in but I would try, I checked with my guides and passed on the message. She rang me 1 ½ hrs later to tell me it was exactly where I had told her. Spirit never seems to amaze me. They are here to help guide you and protect you. All you have to do is ask and listen.

Firstly, let me tell you about how I became involved with stem cell nutrition to give you a bit of an idea why I am so passionate about spreading the word of Cerule to as many people as possible so that everyone could have a chance of living a healthy, happy and long filled life.
I stumbled into the world of stem cell nutrition after a couple of years living with chronic pain, chronic fatigue and severe depression & anxiety after a work incident in a physically demanding position left me with two bulging discs and one compressed disc as well as aggravating my degenerative disc disease and my whole lower lumber was also degenerated significantly. Left without a job after being told by specialists that I would not be able to participate in any physical work for the rest of my life or risk being left unable to walk again and confined to a wheel chair.
Finding it extremely hard to find work in a more less strenuous field and the fact I had a bad back and no experience at 40 years of age I slowly declined into a very dark place with no hope in sight of ever moving forward. Than one day I was introduced to stem cell nutrition and from that day my life changed forever and I will never look back. Actually my life now is the best it has ever been in my whole entire life and I am just loving it. I won’t go into detail here but I have had some amazing improvements in both my health and wellbeing and I owe it all stem cell nutrition.
So here I am today with a whole different outlook on life and my goals have changed forever. I now have found a passion in helping others and my greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the lives of others changed forever so that they can live extraordinary lives. I have found why I was put on this earth and have found my path. I am here to help others and I will do whatever it takes to make sure that anyone I come in contact with in my life knows that I am here for you and to make sure that they know I care. Everyone at some stage in their life needs a little help sometimes.

A little bit of Heal Yourself Expo’s history. The Expo has been running since September 2011 with the very first one kicking off in a real estate car park in Woodford, we had 35 stall holders, a wonderful weekend and nearly 1,000 people turning up. The funny thing for us though was that we had (well the Real Estate anyway) a bit of a backlash from the community, with people offering the owner names of doctors that could help him if he was ill and even threatening to take listings away.
In October 2012 we moved the Expo to Maroochydore, we were sponsored by the Sunshine Coast Daily then so we had the Expo in the old printing shed of the Daily, the Expo was an awesome event we had lots of people there, exhibitors and lots of people milling through over the weekend, we put on a Saturday Night concert as well and had a great turn up for the musical acts.
In 2013 and 2014 we changed the name to the “Sunshine Coast Healthy Lifestyle Expo” which we put on at the Event Centre In Caloundra, both Expos were very flash and we had some awesome exhibitors and speakers (Including a NASA scientist), however after the 2014 Expo Wayne wondered if the expo had lost sight of his original vision and whilst on many levels it may appeared to have been a success it had become about sales and numbers and had lost the original intention of building a strong community of Healers, Way Showers and Change Makers … so at the end of 2014 partnerships were dissolved and he took the next year off.
2016 it came back and with the help of Samyo in regaining its momentum under its original mission of community building and education, we would love for you to join us, the 2016 Expo was held in a much smaller and intimate setting at Millwell Hall in Maroochydore, all the exhibitors were there with the intent of helping people heal and those that attended were looking for advice on how to self Heal. We are a specialist Expo, with specialist exhibitors whose intent is to educate people on their healing journey, so why not join us.
The “Heal Yourself” concept has always been a difficult one to get passed a lot of people, corporate identities especially, to paraphrase one wholesaler “why would I want to get involved in anything where you are getting people to heal themselves and no longer need our product”. But that is exactly what this Expo is about! Educating people to make the right choices for themselves, not the person next to them, sisters, aunts, uncles, parents, friends included. This Expo is all about assisting people and educating people so they can heal naturally. That is not to say that there aren’t products out there that people can take to assist and maintain good health but it is about educating people to make the choices that suit them and is in integrity.
Most days we do seem to have an uphill battle, most of the population is more than happy to hand over their health to someone else to look after as it is too hard. The mainstream population has not been educated enough in the alternatives, they have in fact been actively discouraged away from them, and worse of all they do not trust their intuition to tell them what is right for their body. Instead they get swayed by well versed sales people into buying their product. The product itself might be awesome, but is it the right thing for that person. Selling to everyone for the sake of sales is no different then the “one medicine suits all” principles of Western Medicine.
Having the big flash expo with all the stands, heaps of advertising on TV, Radio, Press was appealing, but that is not what my vision of the Expo was ….. So what is the vision.
Setting the Intent:
A place of Education: Many expos have become so expensive that to have a stall is over $1,000 for the weekend, so anyone exhibiting had to get money back from somewhere, so sales became the mantra. This Expo is a place of education, not just a place for sales.
A place of Healing: It has been my experience and Joy to work with many home based businesses that have a real passion to help people heal, these are the people that I want to help empower to get the word out about the awesome work they do, and for this reason I had to make sure the home based businesses could afford to be here, so a lot of the frills had to go, big advertising budgets for an example, but as I have stated many times, Word of Mouth is the best and most successful form of advertising.
A place of Trust: Many people that need the help of natural therapists and healers do not know who to see and why. During their journey will get disillusioned as the practitioners they see are more interested in selling the person product than actually understanding the person and the problem they are presenting. This Expo will become that place, a place where people can come and know that the information they receive is trustworthy and aimed to assist the person to “Heal Themselves”.
A place to be yourself: Creating a community of people dedicated to helping people on their self-healing journey, so that we can cross refer, understand the outstanding aspects of each other’s work to the better of the community as a whole.
The Advertising and promotion of the Expo has all been targeted to attract those that are interested in Self Healing. Many times I have been asked “how many people will come to the Expo”, my answer to that is the amount of people that will come to the Expo are those that feel it is time for them Heal, this may be 1 person, it may be thousands, but the one thing I know for sure is that everyone that walks through that door knows why they are there and they are looking for people to answer their health questions, and by health we mean, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Health
This should hopefully give you a bit of an insight to the intent behind the Expo. It is a place of Education, it is not just about Sales. A place for healing, helping others on their Journey to become who they want to be. A place where people will trust that the exhibitors have their best interests at heart and not just someone trying to sell them something. And most of all, a place to be yourself, to have fun, enjoy, to have a laugh, and best of all be a part of an awesome community.

have teamed up to help keep the kids entertained whilst you spend you time at the Expo or take in a Lecture or a Workshop.
Bring your kids along and help us celebrate with Joy, Fun and Laughter.
Our free shows incorporate singing, music, drama, art and healing. There will be a Musical Joy Shop where you can make your own instruments from recycled materials, a spontaneous story telling circle, or you can learn to make a family talking stick and many other activities designed to discover and awaken your child’s passion and awareness so that they can realise just how “ totally awesome” they are! In between shows there will be Body Art Healing for both children and adults – face painting with meaning!! Marc infuses his paint with crystals and aromatherapy and uses patterns, sacred symbols, geometry and much more. Suzi will be holding children’s meditation sessions, chakra balances for both children and adults and mini angel card readings.
Mums/Dads/Grandparents/Guardians/Carers are welcome to join in on all activities…your inner child may just thank you for the play time!! Please keep in mind that we are not a child minding service and that the responsibility of the children’s whereabouts rests with their guardian.

Suzi
is based in Buddina on the Sunshine Coast. She offers unique energy healings with a combination of Usui Reiki and a Chakra Balance using crystals and a pendulum, sending healing energy intuitively where needed/guided. A firm believer in the basis that all physical pain and illnesshas an emotional trigger, she works to discover these triggers and blockages with the intent of clearing and releasing so that the client can move forward in their lives.
Working with children is something that Suzi enjoys. These days children are suffering from more pressures, fears, emotional blockages and anxieties than ever before, and she believes that helping to clear these anxieties and giving the children the tools to cope with these mounting pressures while they are young is essential to their holistic wellbeing as they move into their teens and adulthood. Children love energy healing and meditation and respond very well to it. It gives their little bodies the sense of calm they need to rest and heal, and by teaching them this at a young age will prove to be a valuable tool for their future. Children’s meditation groups are held either on the beach or in Suzi’s treatment room.

My intention for
Rainbow Tree,
is to educate children in a fun and practical
way inspired by the teachings of The Australian Medicine Wheel. Included
at the end, is a guided visualisation meditation that they learn for protection.
Within the story, they learn The Australian Medicine wheel while also
learning about the four seasons, colours and the four directions, plus
a guided meditation to connect the sky and earth which also protects
them. Along with basic life lessons like patience, purpose, strength,
courage, compassion, kindness, guidance and intuition.
This book was gifted to me one evening on Tuesday 2nd August 2016.
The idea came to me whilst trying to sleep, it was so strong I had to get
up and write it and knew this was going to be a very healing book for our
children of the rainbow tribe and the new world we are entering into. The
idea is for teachers and parents to read the book as an educational tool
or life skill to teach the children. After reading the book, they are left with
a tool of protection which they can easily use anytime throughout their life.

Hello and blessings! My name is
Francie Griffin
and I am an artist and healer based in Brisbane. It is the intention that my art be joyful, healing and infused with spirit.
My desire for my art to be a healing force led me to discover I have the ability to channel guides working with people and to transfer their energetic imprint into beautiful pastel drawings. I connect you with guidance from your guide and your drawing also provides a means for you to begin building your own relationship with your guide/s.
Each drawing is unique and I often have no idea who I will be drawing or how they will appear until I begin the process, I liken it to putting a jigsaw puzzle together. Your guide guides me as I draw. I also work with my guides and am indebted to one named Orpheus who was instrumental in my development in this field. Orpheus loves being at the expos and often people remark that they feel his presence! Our intent is to bring forth the guide working with you for your highest good at that time and to bring you joy and healing through the connection with your guide.
I get much feedback from people I have drawn for who are extremely touched and grateful for the connection with their guide and it is heart-warming for me to be a channel that is trusted by them and spirit.
