About Dr Lilliana Corredor (aka Ama’Ri Al)
My Eco-Spiritual Journey

Born in Colombia, South America. Studied in Colombia and France and migrated to Australia in 1981. Have spent more time in Australia than in my native country.

Trained as a research scientist from 1970-1990. Specialized in Water Ecosystems and completed my studies with a Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology Dept., at La Trobe University in Melbourne (1985-1990). Learnt Vippassana meditation in 1987 and practiced daily for many years.

From 1993-1998, I dedicated myself full time to Environmental Education Campaigns around the world, on a volunteer basis, promoting awareness of the need for Water Conservation & Protection of Water Resources. I quit environmental campaigning at the end of 1998 – broken by the stress of it.

In Feb. 1999, while in deep meditation, I had my first “vision and experience” of direct guidance and instruction by members of The Family of Light, who are helping humanity to shift to a higher level of consciousness. I was trained by Angels, Archangels, Star Dolphins and Enlightened Masters to heal the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Energy Bodies of people, as well as, the Waters of Earth.

From 2001 – 2008, I was guided to teach people to heal themselves and to heal the planetary waters through a “Global Water Healing Program”. This program involved facilitating and Channeling: Workshops, Residential Retreats (7-14 days), Training Courses (1-4 years) and Spiritual Journeys (1-3 weeks).
The most important points I was taught are:

♥ We create our reality – through the currents of energy that we emit through our thoughts, emotions, words and actions.
♥ There are two basic types of energy: LOVE-based energy and FEAR-based energy.
♥ Your ‘level of Consciousness’ is determined by your quotients of Love, Wisdom & Power.
♥ There is “Individual Consciousness” as well as “Collective Consciousness”
♥ The energy and Consciousness of our Higher Self anchors through the Crystals in our chakras, into the organs of our physical body.
♥ All energy we emit through our thoughts, emotions, words and actions – whether LOVE-based energies or FEAR-based energies (discord) – anchors in the Water Matrix of our bodies. Hence, the love or discord we emit anchors through our energy bodies, into our organs in our physical bodies.
♥ The FEAR-based energies we emit (such as: anger, hatred, hopelessness, doubt, distrust, powerlessness, judgement, criticism, etc.), create energetic blockages, which in turn, create imbalance & disease in our bodies.
♥ As well, all energy we emit – through our thoughts, emotions, words and actions, also anchors in the ‘Planetary Water Matrix’, also called the “Love Matrix”. Hence, we affect the state of health of our planet, as well as, that of our own bodies. All wars and human discord leave an imprint in the Earth and its Waters.
♥ Healer – Heal Thyself.

In January 2013, after 14 years of self-healing, deeper unconscious traumatic memories surfaced for me to resolve at physical, mental and emotional levels. This resulted in illness and the activation of PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). Since then to July 2015, I have focused on my own healing. I was also guided to ‘encode’ gems and crystals with 3 Virtues essential to humanity’s transformation: Trust, Peace & Grace. And, to sell these gems and crystals to assist others in their own healing process.

From July 2015 to date, I was guided to focus again on doing research, writing submissions, and creating a website for a Mekong River Campaign – to protect the food supply of 60 Million poor people in SE Asia. Simultaneously, to continue selling ‘encoded gems and crystals’ as a fundraiser to pay the expenses for this campaign and help others in their healing process.

In a nutshell, for the past 25 years I have had an Eco-Spiritual career dedicated to anchoring love on Earth’s waters, through Water Healing and Spiritual Development (i.e. by healing myself and teaching others to heal themselves.)

SATURDAY – 23 July 2016 @ 4pm – 5pm

 “Managing PTSD – Anxiety – Depression – Panic Attacks”

Participants will learn and practice quick easy techniques to help relieve Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and Panic Attacks. Having been affected by all of the above, Dr. Corredor has first-hand experience on how to manage these. Dr. Corredor, a Behavioral Scientist and Healer, has taught Self-Healing around the world for 16 years and seen the benefits of these techniques in herself and many others.

Techniques taught to help you quickly control a crisis include:

1. CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) / Mindfulness : Learn to observe your thought patterns and the emotional responses to these. We’ll discuss the importance of choosing to accept what has arisen and changing your perception of yourself and others.
2. A Note to Self – a 5 min. Mindfulness & Decree to help you open your heart, feel Compassion for yourself and be able to control your emotions with ease.
3. EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy): Also known as “Tapping”, EFT is a quick-release technique that can be practiced anywhere.
4. Use of “Violet Flame” : A quick-release technique that opens your heart to Acceptance, Compassion and Forgiveness. Offers quick and great results when in a crisis.

NOTE: Self-Healing Meditation – will be taught the next day – to Release Fear-based Programs that are at the base of PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks and depression (such as: anger, blame, victimhood, powerlessness, helplessness, sadness, hopelessness, distrust and more).

“Self-Healing Meditation”

Participants will be taught a Self-Healing Meditation to Release Fear-based Programs – such as: doubt, distrust, anger, blame, victimhood, powerlessness, helplessness, sadness, hopelessness, dissatisfaction, and more.

These false programs constitute our “Soul Wounds” . These are in effect, like “viruses” in the programs of our original “virtues”. As an example, think of the Microsoft Word program in your computer. When it has a ‘virus’, it doesn’t let you write the ‘script of your life’. Similarly, our virtues have distortions that preclude us from enacting them.

That is: Anger and Sadness are viruses of Joy ; Doubt is the virus of Faith (Inner Certainty) ; Distrust and Control are viruses of Trust ; Denial is the virus of Acceptance ; Blame, Victimhood, Powerlessness, Helplessness are all viruses of Power ; Hopelessness is the virus of Hope ; Anxiety is the virus of Peace ; Panic Attacks and Depression are a combination of viruses masking several virtues including Power, Trust and Joy , etc.

In turn, our ‘Soul Wounds’ (i.e. our discordant aspects) are responsible for how we perceive ourselves, our lives and our world; as well as, responsible for all dis-ease and ailments we experience. Our Soul Wounds are our dark glasses , the filters that distort our view of the truth of who we are and of our reality. Our wounds are ‘false programs’ that we CAN change. In fact, our wounds are the very reason we embodied on Earth: to heal unresolved issues as part of our Soul’s evolution.

In summary, all disease is fear-based! Hence , to Heal Your Self you need to : Acknowledge, Accept, Forgive and Re-program your fears-based wounds – in order to Activate your Virtues . The activation of your virtues, in turn, necessarily makes you feel happy, peaceful, content, satisfied, empowered and helps you heal. In other words, you need to learn to “embrace your darkness”. When you do so, you heal yourself, and you can then accept such darkness in others .

Self-healing is a ‘Process of Transformation’ that can take years…

What does this Self-Healing Meditation entail

You will learn to Self-Heal by releasing discordant energy blockages – i.e. wounds that are anchored in your Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual bodies, while following a Guided Meditation . This is like a higher level of Hypnotherapy, in which you go into an ‘altered state of consciousness’. You will view your reality as is , from the perception of your Higher Self, rather than through the distorted filter of your wounded lower mind. You will connect your lower mind to your Higher Mind, and will direct your attention and energy through your Heart. Participants are asked to  lie down  – to be comfortable, making it easier to release discord and hence, dis-ease.

Because your wounds are fear-based it is helpful to do this process in an atmosphere of Love and Compassion that surrounds us. This is provided by Dr. Corredor’s Higher Presence and The Family of Light (i.e. Higher Consciousnesses in charge of assisting humanity in its transformation). We’ll enfold each participant in a cocoon of love, compassion and light . This enables you to open your heart and accept, forgive and transmute fear-based aspects of yourself, previously rejected or denied. Hence, you heal by releasing fear-based blockages, false beliefs and discordant emotions that cause dis-ease, and by activating the virtues masked by the above .

In this occasion, The Family of Light will also offer attendees a ‘Karmic Clearing’ to accelerate your healing and transformation, while you follow our instructions during this Guided Meditation . That is, you will be assisted to release discordant Soul Memories that are anchored in your bodies, as it be in Divine Order for each person. This will take place as you consciously anchor Compassion and Forgiveness as guided. You must do your part.

NOTE : This a non-religious technique, which you will learn, so you can practice at home in you own time. You do not need to know anything about The Family of Light or even believe in it to get the results. If you feel uncomfortable about the Family of Light, they will not interfere with your wishes and you will not receive the Karmic Clearing. You can choose instead to call on your Higher Self and own Spiritual Guides for assistance in your healing.

What to bring: Bring an open your heart and come prepared to heal yourself. Nobody can do it for you! Bring one issue you wish to shift in your own life, whether it be a physical pain or ailment, emotional wound or more! Please bring a comfy mat, blanket, pillow/cushion, a bottle of water, pen and paper.
